SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to the field of wireless charging. The method is achieved in that the method includes: transmitting by the electronic device a first detection signal when the electronic device is in reverse wireless charging mode; receiving by the electronic device at a time interval between at least two adjacent times at which the first acquisition signal is transmitted, the second acquisition signal transmitted by the wireless charging device; and if the second detection signal received by the electronic device satisfies the predetermined condition, the electronic device automatically switches the reverse wireless charging mode to the direct wireless charging mode.
EFFECT: improving the reliability of wireless charging; and improving the wireless charging experience for the user.
