Path of primary flow rings the path. Fan unit is disposed in the primary flow path to suck fluid through the second fluid inlet. Filter is located in the primary flow path. Fluid is sucked through the fluid flow path by emitted fluid from the second fluid outlet. Heater is arranged in the housing, located at least partially along and around the branch pipe. Hand-held device is also offered.
