FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to fan assembly. Fan assembly comprises: a nozzle having a first casing section, a second casing section, at least one air inlet, at least one air outlet and an interior passage for conveying air from the at least one air inlet to the at least one air outlet, wherein the nozzle defines a channel through which air from outside the fan assembly is drawn by air emitted from the nozzle; and a casing on which a nozzle is removably mounted, wherein the casing includes flow generating means for generating air flow through the interior passage and means for changing the humidity of the air flow before it enters the inner passage; wherein the first casing section is detachable from the second casing section, and the first casing section defines, at least in part, the interior passage or the first casing section is detachable from the second casing section, wherein the first casing section defines, at least in part, the interior passage, wherein the first casing section is adapted to be detached from the second casing section only when the nozzle is disconnected from the casing.
EFFECT: thus, the interior passage of the nozzle may be periodically available for cleaning by the user to remove moisture or other materials that may remain in the second interior passage when the fan assembly is turned off.
