FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: stand consists of a power frame in the form of a rectangular frame on legs with longitudinal guides for installation through the shock absorbers of a spring-loaded platform made in the form of a resonant plate, the transverse natural frequency of which corresponds to the frequency of the transition in the required acceleration shock spectrum and the frame for fastening the pendulum to the striker, consisting of a rod with a profiled end and a thread, for installing and fixing additional loads. On the resonant plate an additional plate in the form of a parallelepiped is installed in the place of maximum response, the sides of which are parallel to the sides of the resonance plate, intended for fixing the test object on its surface, and at the ends - the control recording sensors along three mutually perpendicular directions. The resonant plate is mounted on the shock absorbers, which are perpendicular to its plane and occupy not more than half the length of each side, on, at least, two of its sides. On the ends of the resonant plate in its plane, the fixators-limiters of elastic material are mounted, the rigidity of which is not less than an order of magnitude less than the stiffness of the shock absorbers. The additional plate is installed from the opposite side relative to the pendulum attachment point at a distance of half to one quarter of the length of the resonance plate side. On the resonance plate, a creaser is installed in the vibrational unit, the profile of which coincides with the profile of the end part of the striker rod.
EFFECT: possibility to reduce the dimensions of the stand, to ensure a more accurate reproduction of the shock load, creating a shock impact simultaneously along three mutually perpendicular directions.
