FIELD: devices testing methods.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for testing devices and equipment for shock effects of high intensity and can be used when testing for shock effects of devices and equipment by the method of shock acceleration spectra. For testing, which consists in creating acceleration pulses using a shock stand, registering accelerations and obtaining a shock spectrum of accelerations at the attachment points of the test object, the required shock effect in the form of shock acceleration spectra is formed in the form of unsteady vibration on a dynamic model of the test object, and the shock acceleration spectra are simultaneously obtained for positive and negative values of non-stationary vibration accelerations. At the same time, the necessary mode is formed, selecting the desired effect; then the dynamic model of the test object is replaced by the test object and impact tests are carried out in the formed mode. Moreover, the number of shock effects created on the test object is halved relative to the required number of shock effects along each of the axes, for which positive and negative shock acceleration spectra are formed, which differ from the required shock acceleration spectra in the entire specified frequency range by an amount less than the permissible error.
