FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: version of the device for foreign objects manipulation with in hollow bodies, comprising a catheter, a guide and an object trap with a mesh surface, which is connected to the catheter and/or conductor, and the conductor is hollow or solid, the object trap is provided with a mesh surface, at least in one part of the trap. The object trap preferably includes additional loops stacked with intersection and/or interlacing with each other to form a mesh surface, at least in one part of the trap. Object trap, catheter and guide are made from metal material such as nitinol, stainless steel, radiopaque alloy; non-metallic material, such as polyamide, caprone, nylon; composite material such as metal and nonmetal materials. The catheter may be designed with double walls, which are movable relative to each other. The conductor may comprise two wires, with a trap located between distal ends, and the wires are movable relative to each other. Also a version of the device for foreign objects manipulation in hollow bodies is proposed, comprising a catheter, a guide and an object trap with a mesh surface, at that, the object trap, the catheter and the guide are made from one original piece, for example a catheter, a wire, a tape, and the guide is hollow or solid, while the object trap is provided with a mesh surface, and the possibility of its placement, at least in one part of the trap.
EFFECT: device allows effective manipulation of foreign objects in the hollow organs of a living organism due to improved extraction properties of the foreign object trap and its extended functionality.
