FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: liquid flow ejector-type spreader for a nozzle comprises a hollow housing consisting of a cylindrical part with an external thread for connecting a distributing pipeline to the connection for liquid supply and a cap nut fixed to the bottom of the housing with a liquid flow spreader. In the housing, coaxial to it, a cylindrical hole is made, in the upper part of which a mesh filter is installed, and in the lower part - a throttle washer with a jet. To the end surface of the cap nut, axisymmetric to the housing, a liquid flow spreader is mounted, which consists of three coaxial, coaxially located pyramidal shells in the form of generating grids: external, intermediate and internal. Each of the shells comprises a wire frame from two bases of square shape and lateral edges of a truncated pyramidal surface. The external shell is attached to the cap nut by a smaller base, and its second larger base is simultaneously a large base of the intermediate shell with lateral ribs, and the smaller base of the intermediate shell is simultaneously a large base of the internal shell, the smaller base of which is located inside the intermediate shell at a distance from the surface of the common cut of external and intermediate shells. The generating grids in the form of truncated pyramidal surfaces are arranged so that all their vertices of their pyramidal surfaces lay on the axis coinciding with the housing axis. The direction of the vertex of the external generating grid is directed towards the throttle washer with the jet. The perforation on the external shell, on the side of fixing its truncated pyramidal surface to the end surface of the cap nut, is made with a smaller pitch, and a larger diameter of the holes, which enhance the ejection effect. The perforation of the internal shell on the base turned away from the throttle washer with the nozzle, and made in the form of a square, has a larger diameter of the holes, which contribute to the enhancement of the ejection effect and the range of the sprayed stream.
EFFECT: increased fine-dispersed liquid sprayer efficiency.
