FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying fluids. In the flow divider of the liquid of the ejection type, the nozzle comprises a hollow body consisting of a cylindrical portion with an external thread to be attached to the connection of the distribution pipeline for the liquid supply and a coupling nut fixed to the bottom of the body with a liquid flow divider. Cylindrical aperture is made in the body coaxially to it, in the upper part a strainer is installed, and in the lower part a throttle washer with a jet is installed. Liquid flow divider is attached to the end surface of the coupling nut axially symmetrical to the body which consists of three coaxial and coaxially arranged pyramidal shells in the form of generating grids: external, intermediate and internal. Each of the shells comprises a wire frame from two bases of square shape and lateral edges of a truncated pyramidal surface. Outer shell is attached to the body with a smaller base, and its second smaller base is simultaneously a large base of the intermediate shell with lateral ribs, and its smaller base is simultaneously a large base of the inner shell with a smaller base. Generating grids in the form of truncated pyramidal surfaces are arranged so that all their vertices lay on the axis coinciding with the casing axis. Direction of the vertices of the outer and the inner generating grids is the same. Top of the intermediate generating grid is directed opposite the outer and inner generating grids in the side of throttle washer with jet. Outer and intermediate generating grids are connected by a perforated plate, to which an additional diffuser, made in the form of a truncated pyramidal surface, is attached.

EFFECT: high efficiency of liquid atomizing.
