SUBSTANCE: said invention relates to agriculture. For obtaining water-soluble fullerene compounds, the reaction of interaction of fullerenes and organic compounds is carried out, followed by hydrolysis, where as initial reagents any mixtures of fullerenes of any molecular composition are taken, with a fullerene C50 content and higher, not less than 10%, and one or a combination is used as organic compounds the following substances: indolylbutyric acid, naphthylacetic acid, naphthylacetamide. Agrochemical preparations are obtained by mixing fullerene compounds and a combination of the following substances: gum - guar or locust bean, biocide, polysaccharide - sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose or alginic acid, propylene glycol, surfactant - dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate or alkylpolyglucoside citrate, water.
EFFECT: obtaining water-soluble fullerene compounds.
