FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method involves flushing the filling line with water at a pressure equal to the volume of the main line, followed by flushing with an aqueous solution of potassium permanganate with a concentration of not less than 0.1% of the fuel lines, an aqueous solution of caustic soda with a concentration of at least 0.025% of the oxidizer lines, safety control of process drains and lines for subsequent utilization. Preliminarily local cooling of the filling line in the place of leakage is carried out down to the freezing point of the fuel component, sealing the filling line in the place of its leakage is done. Passability of the aqueous neutralizing solution along the entire length of the filling line is provided.

EFFECT: ensuring industrial and environmental safety in the extraction, transportation and cleaning of containers for their utilization and disposal.
