SUBSTANCE: tool contains a container with a working sleeve, a matrix holder with a longitudinal groove mounted on one side of the sleeve and a composite matrix in the form of a pair of elements fixed on the matrix holder. The tool is equipped with a press washer and a direct action stamp that closes the container from the other side of the sleeve. An annular lining is installed in the bushing, which is interfaced with its inner surface and fixed to the matrix holder with closing of the edges of its longitudinal groove and forming a rectangular opening for passage of the pressed article. The elements of the composite matrix and the ring gasket are fixed to the matrix holder by means of fastening elements.
EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities of the tool and expansion of the nomenclature of the products.
