EFFECT: possibility of regulating the fractional composition due to the enlargement of the carrier granules with their subsequent classification, displacement of the mechanism of the carrier destruction from surface abrasion to the preferential destruction by the mechanism of splitting the granules, ensuring rapid formation of stable fractional composition.
