SUBSTANCE: according to this method, an alumina carrier with a gibbsite structure is used, the precursor solution of the silicon oxide modifier is dosed and the impregnation of the carrier with this solution is carried out, the catalyst is dried, the aqueous solutions of the precursors of the active substance and the chromium oxide and potassium oxide promoter are dispensed, solutions, the carrier impregnation is carried out with the specified solution, drying after each impregnation and calcination of the carrier after impregnation are carried out with the active substance for 4-6 hours, before applying the components to the carrier its calcination is carried out at a moderate temperature of 450-1000°C, and then calcined carrier is subjected to a hydrothermal steaming, feeding steam directly into the suspension through the bubblers inside the autoclave during 1 to 5 hours at a ratio of water and solid phase of 2:1, then the product is subjected to the secondary heat treatment and applied to the active component and the promoter, after application of the active component and drying the carrier the calcination of the catalyst is carried out at a temperature of 600-1000°C, the uploaded product is subjected to the classification by the particle size, highlighting the desired distribution of particles.
EFFECT: possibility of regulating the fractional composition due to the enlargement of the carrier granules with their subsequent classification, displacement of the mechanism of the carrier destruction from surface abrasion to the preferential destruction by the mechanism of splitting the granules, ensuring rapid formation of stable fractional composition.
