FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposal relates to the field of capping vessels having a neck of the circular cross-section, including bottles, by means of screwing on the vessel neck caps with pre-applied threads. When carrying out the operation of capping different vessels on the same machine, it becomes necessary to change the torque value when changing the vessels and caps used. While simultaneously capping several vessels on one machine, the torque equality of all the capping cartridges installed on the machine is mandatory. To achieve this equality, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of setting the torque value. According to the proposed solution, the capping cartridge consists of an outer housing, an inner cylinder, a magnetic clutch, a capping head, the inner cylinder being independently rotatable about its axis; the magnetic clutch is made consisting of two parts, in each of which sockets for magnets are made, having stops preventing the removal of the magnets from the sockets; around the circumference of the capping head, through openings are made with balls installed therein, retained by an elastic ring; the outer housing is made with the possibility to be fixed relative to the inner cylinder; the outer housing and the inner cylinder are marked to control their position relative to each other. In the preferred implementation version, the marks applied to the inner cylinder are numbered, and a single mark is applied to the outer housing.

EFFECT: expanding the technological and functional capabilities of the capping cartridge with high hygienic characteristics, providing an easy change in the torque without the use of a special tool, high accuracy when setting the torque value, high stability of the torque set.
