SUBSTANCE: device implements the rule of forming two-time derivatives of controlling numerical code sequences of a given length with the smallest required input values for the device. On the basis of these sequences, the device makes it possible to form more imitostable and structurally secretive discrete-frequency signals in the form of systems of double derivatives of code discrete-frequency signals than similar signals of the form of discrete-frequency signals directly constructed on the elements of multiplicative groups of finite fields.

EFFECT: reduction of hardware costs for the creation by software and hardware of a larger ensemble of imitation-stable complex signals of the form of discrete-frequency signals of fixed duration, in the structure of which there is an increased degree of uncertainty in the form, shape, duration, ensemble and other characteristics inherent in random phenomena.
