FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented through the use of hardware-software control of the process forming the required (specified) signal-to-noise ratio by a mobile source of signals (noise) from various points in space with reference to the coordinates and operation time of radio electronic means (REM) and the source of signals (noise) and introduction of the objective documentation of signal parameters, noise and the coordinate position of the signal (noise) source. The signal-to-noise ratio forming complex comprises a receiving antenna in series connected to the receiving excitation unit that are located in the ground part of the device, and also the radio transmission unit connected in series and the transmitting antenna connected via the radio channel to the receiving antenna, also contains an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), which is the onboard part of the device, on which the radio transmission unit and the transmitting antenna are connected in series, and also a microcomputeris placed on the UAV, the first output of which is input of the radio transmission unit, the second output of the microcomputer is the input of the onboard microcomputer control unit, the output of which is its input, the onboard flight controller and the UAV onboard control device, both interrelated, are also placed on the UAV. The ground part of the device comprises a ground control computer, the first output of which is the second input of the receiving excitation block connected by the output to its first input, the second output of the ground control computer is the input of the microcomputer located in the ground part of the microcomputer control unit, connected via the radio channel with the onboard microcomputer control device, the third output of the ground control computer is the input of the UAV located in the ground part of the control unit, connected via the radio channel to the UAV onboard control device and output - with the third input of the ground control computer.
EFFECT: improving the quality and efficiency of justifying the parameters of the radio electronic equipment, when assessing their electromagnetic compatibility and noise immunity.
