FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: propulsion unit includes a DC electric motor which shaft is rigidly connected to the actuator shaft. The synchronous generator is rigidly connected to the actuator and the electric motor. The first-sixth unit inputs of three power supply batteries are respectively connected to the first-sixth unit outputs of six releasers. The first, second and third outputs of the power supply unit are respectively connected to the first, second and third inputs of a unit of three releasers. The first, second and third outputs of the unit of three releasers are respectively connected to the first, second and third inputs of the unit of six releasers, the fourth and fifth inputs of which are respectively connected through the battery stabilization and charging unit, respectively, to the first and second outputs of the contactless synchronous generator. The DC electric motor has an input connected to the fourth output of the block of three releases, the fourth input of which is connected to the output of a control unit receiving electromagnetic energy.

EFFECT: increased actuator's rotation time.
