FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: single sound absorber of the combined type contains the sound absorbers of active and reactive types, placed on the rigid frame. The frame is made of two parts. The bottom reactive part is made as rigid, hollow structure of cylindrical-and-cone shape, and the top active part is made as rigid perforated cylindrical shell with perforated cover and solid base. The cavity of the cylindrical shell is filled with the sound absorbing material, and the connection between the top and bottom parts is made by means of the elastic damping element, providing the damping of high-frequency oscillations. The element is hingedly connected to the perforated cover of the perforated cylindrical shell, using it the frame is fixed to the required facility, for example, to the ceiling of the production room. At least one screw sound absorbing element in the form of the cylindrical coil spring, enclosing the shell in the bottom reactive frame part, is mounted around the perforated cylindrical shell. The cylindrical part is made hollow in the form of the resonance Helmholtz suppressor with the resonator necks of different diameters, located in the cover and base of the hollow cylinder, and also on its lateral surface. The cavity of the conical part is the Helmholtz resonator with the neck, located at the base of the cylinder. At the same time, in the conical part cavity of the reactive sound absorber of cylinder-conical form, placed on the rigid frame and representing the Helmholtz resonator with the neck, located at the base of the hollow cylinder, there is the additional sound absorber, made in the form of the spherical surface, fixed by means of at least two braces with adjustable lengths, rigidly fixed on the hollow cylinder base. There is the gap between the spherical surface of the additional sound absorber and the internal conical surface of the reactive sound absorber conical part, the value of which is determined, depending on the required degree of the noise reduction level. The outer screw surface of the screw sound-absorbing element is perforated, and the spherical surface of the additional sound absorber, fixed by at least two length-adjustable braces on the base of the hollow cylinder is perforated, and the cavity of the additional sound absorber is filled with the sound absorbing material.
EFFECT: efficiency improvement of the noise suppression at high frequencies by introducing the volumetric cavities for Helmholtz resonators into the single piece sound absorber, that increase the efficiency at high frequencies.
