An inner screw rotor is mounted over the entire length of the outer screw rotor, made around the perimeter in the form of a hollow cylindrical helical surface. The inner screw rotor is made of three or more identical rectangular strips twisted in the vertical plane in the longitudinal direction, with the formation of laps in the form of blades outside around the perimeter.
