FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: device for separation of liquid phase from materials includes external drum, inside of which fastened are: screw insert, filter, input connecting pipe, connecting pipes for output of filtrate and concentrated fraction. On perimeter filter is made in form of multiple-start screw perforated surface with screw grooves inside filter in form of pocket of curved shape with curvature centers of curve-shaped pockets of screw perforated surface, located inside transverse section of filter, made from three and more similar perforated lines, twisted in longitudinal direction relative to longitudinal axis and curved on screw line in transversel direction on cylindrical frame of perforated straps of rectangular form, with formation on perimeter of filter of three and more internal curve-shaped perforated surfaces of convex form with centers of curvature inside filter and formation of overlaps inside filter in form of screw blades along the entire length of filter from input to output hole. On the entire length of filter mounted is wave-shaped spring with flat cut of coils, equipped with device for changing coil spacing by its stretching or contraction.

EFFECT: increase of productivity and extension of technological possibilities of device.
