SUBSTANCE: vehicle door strengthening beam has a variable cross-section and is designed to extend longitudinally relative to the vehicle and does not contact the layout sections when attached to the door panel. The vehicle door unit comprises a door panel and a tubular beam attached to the door panel. The method of manufacturing the vehicle door unit includes the steps of forming a strengthening beam of the lower glazing boundary to form the first cross-sectional area. A strengthening beam of the lower glazing boundary is formed to form the second cross-section area. The strengthening beam of the lower glazing boundary is attached to the door panel.
