SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to automotive industry. Vehicle door assembly comprises inner panel, intermediate vertical beam, angular beam and outer panel. Inner panel comprises rectangular frame part. Intermediate vertical beam passes between upper and lower horizontal beams of frame. Angular beam is attached to the frame. Outer panel is connected to inner panel. Frame comprises front and rear U-shaped side elements, connected to each other by means of upper and lower intermediate components. Manufacturing method of vehicle door assembly comprises steps of providing front and rear flat U-shaped steel sheets containing transverse part and two spaced apart legs. Top and bottom flat steel sheets are provided. Each part and leg is rigidly connected with appropriate top and bottom steel sheet. Door frame work piece is stamped into frame part of inner panel.

EFFECT: decreased weight of vehicle door.
