FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: aircraft (1) of vertical takeoff with a wing (3) comprises the engine first unit (4) and the engine second unit (5) mounted rotatably on this wing (3). The engine first unit (4) and the engine second unit (5) are disposed on the wing (3) at a distance from its tip (12). The distance from the engine first unit (4) to the longitudinal axis (10) of the aircraft (1) is approximately equal to the distance from the engine second unit (5) to the longitudinal axis (10) of the aircraft (1). In position of horizontal flight, the engine first unit (4) is on the wing above the surface of the wing, and the engine second unit (5) is on the wing under the wing plane. In vertical flight position, the engine first unit (4) and the engine second unit (5) are disposed in a single actually horizontal plane.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of horizontal flight, and stable performance characteristics during vertical takeoff and landing are provided.
