FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to vertical take-off and landing aircraft. Vertical-takeoff-and-landing aircraft contains a fuselage, power plant, lift-cruise propellers, which create vertical thrust on take-off. Annular wings are installed at an angle of 15° to the horizon, and coaxial screws are installed inside the annular channel of the wing. At the trailing upper edge of each annular wing there are rotary valves in the form of cylindrical sectors that deflect down the air flow from the screws at 75°. At the ends of the stabilizer, rotary propellers in the annular nozzles, which ensure the stability and controllability of the aircraft in all flight modes are installed.

EFFECT: imbalance in the thrust of the propelling plants of the two engines is eliminated in the event of failure of any of the elements of the power drive or transmission.
