FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: ramjet engine contains an air intake, a system for supplying solid fuel to the combustion chamber, a gas generator, a combustion chamber and a profiled nozzle extension installed at the outlet of the combustion chamber. The gas generator is made in the form of a drum with through longitudinal channels, wherein solid fuel charges are arranged to move into the combustion chamber. In this case, the drum is connected to an annular perforated grid, the openings of which direct the air flow to the surface of solid fuel charges.

EFFECT: increased completeness of solid fuel combustion in the air flow.
