FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: actuators (300) are proposed to change the orientation of one or more blades and appropriate methods for dividing the first fluid at one end of the actuator shaft (310) and the second fluid at the opposite end of the actuator rod. The actuating device comprises an actuator rod and a housing (320) allowing movement of the actuator rod along an axis in said housing and having an inlet flange (322) allowing the third fluid to enter the space between the actuator housing (320) and the actuator shaft (310), and an exhaust flange (324) allowing the third fluid to exit from the actuator housing.
EFFECT: in addition to providing a hydraulic seal between the first fluid and the second fluid, a third fluid can also heat the actuator rod, thereby preventing ice formation.
