FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: sound-absorbing structure is made in the form of solid and perforated wall, between which there is a multilayer sound-absorbing element, in which a resonance type element is arranged between the sound-absorbing layer and a layer of sound-reflecting material with complex profile made in the form of rigid resonance plate with resonance holes performing the functions of Helmholtz resonators neck. The functions of Helmholtz resonator volumes are performed by a layer of sound reflecting material with complex profile consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedrons allowing to reflect acoustic waves falling in all directions.
EFFECT: increase of sound absorption efficiency and structure reliability.
