FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: detonation transmitiom unit of the cumulative perforator comprises an inner coupling, a lodgment bushing of the detonation transmition unit with detonating cord segments connecting the perforator sections. The segments of the detonating cord in the lodgment bushing are overlapped and communicated by lateral surfaces for a length of at least 30 mm, the lodgment bushing is in the form of a cylinder with two holes from the ends. One hole has a diameter larger than the diameter of the utilised detonating cord and has an inlet conical part, and a hole of the opposing end transforms into a keyseat with a width larger then the width of the utilised detonating cord.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the detonation transmission in the section junction unit, reduced size of the unit and simplified design.
