FIELD: oil production, particularly shaped-charge perforator for secondary opening of productive reservoir well bore zone.
SUBSTANCE: perforator has body made as two section row. Case with through windows for charge receiving is arranged in the body. The case has threads for head and tip connection. Hollow charges connected with each other through detonating cord are arranged in the case. The sections are secured one to another through adapters. Case is made as thin-walled pipe produced by laser cutting method and includes leaves. The leaves provide case centering in the body and are located in central part thereof. Case has bushes fastened to case ends and having cells. The cells receive detonation transfer units. Through windows comprise charge fixers. Detonation transfer unit is made as two spaced apart boosters arranged one opposite another. Space between the boosters is maintained with bush. One booster is secured in lower bush of the case, another one is fixed in textolite pipe fastened to upper bush of the case. Head is of all-purpose type and has thread and seats. Grooves for fixing unit installation on well head are created in head and in adapters between sections.
EFFECT: increased assemblage quality and increased reliability of shaped-charge perforator operation.
