CAGELESS ANTIFRICTION BEARING Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC F16C19/18 F16C33/58

Abstract RU 2627972 C1

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: cageless antifriction bearing relates to the field of machine engineering and designed for application in low-speed high-load machines for the perception of significant radial and one-sided axial loads. The cageless antifriction bearing comprises of an outer (1) and inner (2) ring, limited by the external ends of the bearing, with two race grooves, big and small with a flanged bevel on the edges of the race grooves, rolling body in the form of balls (3). The distance between the conjugate points of the neighbouring race grooves in each ring (1, 2) is 0.731-0.866 of a ball (3) diameter. The rings (1, 2) have common big flanges (4, 7), located between the race grooves on the symmetry axis of the rings (1, 2). Each ring (1, 2) on the side of the outer ends of the bearing has one big flange (5, 8) and another flange (6, 9), smaller in height, with a bevel, which are placed on the opposite ends of the bearing rings.

EFFECT: increase in allowed one-sided axial load, effecting the cageless antifriction bearing.
