FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-row ball rolling bearings and can be used in low-speed high-load mechanisms. It is designed to accommodate considerable radial and axial loads. The bearing comprises an outer split ring (1) with two pairs of adjacent rolling tracks (2) and an inner (3) ring with two pairs of adjacent rolling tracks (4), with beads (6-9) on each ring (1, 3), the rolling bodies are in the form of balls (5). Larger (6) beads of outer rings (1) are arranged between rolling tracks (2) and on the side of its outer ends. Smaller (7) beads of the outer ring (1) are provided with bevels located on inner adjacent ends of its halves. Larger (8) beads of the inner ring are arranged between rolling tracks (4) and smaller (9) beads of the inner ring (3) made with bevels located on the side of its outer ends. The distance between the like points of the adjacent rolling tracks (2, 4) on each ring (1, 2) is 0.731-0.866 of the ball diameter (5). The balls (5) are arranged in contact with each other only on adjacent rolling tracks.
EFFECT: increased capacity in axial and radial directions.
