FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: nozzle device contains the first stylus with the first back and the first trough, the second stylus with the second back and the second trough, the inner band and the outer band. The first stylus and the second stylus are located between the inner band and the outer band, at that the first feather and the second feather is coated with the MCrAlY layer at least partial, and the inner and the outer band part are coated with the MCrAlY layer. At least the first back contains the first part of the coated surface, that is coated with the thermo-barrier coating and which is at least the part of entire surface of the first back. At least the inner band or the outer band contains the additional part of the coated surface, that is covered with the additional thermo-barrier coating. Another invention of the group relates to the manufacturing method of the nozzle device, in which the MCrAlY coating is applied to the nozzle device part and then apply to the sections with the thermo-barrier coating.
EFFECT: thermal stability increase of the gas turbine nozzle device without significant labor intensity of its manufacture and weight increase.
