FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in method for regulating the power of the gas turbine generator system, a control signal for the fuel dispenser actuating device is formed by means of the electronic control module (ECM) based on the processing of the turbine rotation speed sensor signal and the calculated value of the active electric power output of the generator. In accordance with the operating mode of the locomotive, the power of the system is set by the driver's controller; the set power value is compared with the calculated value of the actual power, the value of which is obtained from the measured values of the current rectified by a traction rectifier of current and voltage; on the basis of the obtained difference, the control signal of the fuel dispenser actuating device for providing the turbine rotation frequency and the control signal for the current regulator providng the supply of the generator field winding are formed in accordance with the load characteristic of the gas turbine-generator system.
EFFECT: ensuring the sufficiently rapid regulation of the electric power of the gas turbine-generator system in accordance with the operating conditions of the locomotive and the load characteristic of this system in a wide range of turbine rotation frequencies, increasing the reliability and efficiency of locomotive operation.
