SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to stimulate muscular work in the absence of movement in hip joints. The hip-waist trainer contains an abdominal belt and hip cuffs made of a single ligature in the form of a fishing line forming a single closed mechanically interconnected system. At the ends of the belt and cuffs, there are accessories in the form of fastexes, ligatures and fastexes are connected by means of short pieces of sling, sling ends on the belt and one end per cuff form semicircular guide channels for the ligature. At the opposite ends of the cuffs, sling ends form a pocket for reel attachment. Ligatures on the waist and cuff portions are passed through the buffer holes, and through the bead holes on the ligature on the portions between each cuff and the belt.

EFFECT: trainer application allows to dynamize the contractile activity of the press and muscle groups around the inactive hip joints due to the interdependence of the cuff and belt circumferences when the trunk position changes, which contributes to improved hemodynamics of lower limbs and pelvic organs.
