FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to thoracoabdominal training device. Training device is a mechanical device consisting of two ligatures-belts, thoracic and abdominal, interconnected by a tubular chord, which allows to mutually change length of data ligatures-belts circles in response to passive and volitional changes of volumes of the chest and abdominal cavity of the user, which produces a training effect on the support body- and respiratory muscles. Use of the invention allows to ensure not only self-control of posture, but also training of skeletal muscles of the body.
EFFECT: training device promotes active pulmonary ventilation, which eliminates rest hypoxia and associated phenomena; enhanced suction action of the diaphragm helps the heart to perform venous outflow from the lower half of the body and lower extremities; periodic operation of skeletal muscles of the body optimises dynamics of digestive processes.
