FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: providing a steel mould for the inner hemisphere, consisting of a base on which a core is mounted that forms the inner surface of the inner hemisphere and a body that forms the outer surface of the inner hemisphere. In this case, a core valve for the inner hemisphere is installed in the core of the steel mould, which includes a Schrader valve made of corrosion-resistant steel. And the mortgage valve is fixed with the fingers and the bar on the body of the mould for the inner hemisphere, and the outer surface of the embedded valve is degreased and covered with an adhesive. Then, by the method of free casting, a polyurethane material is poured into the special hole of the steel mould of the inner hemisphere and an internal hemisphere is made. In the same way, a second inner hemisphere is produced, after which the finished product is removed from the mould and grinded to the desired roughness, glued together into a single inner sphere. In this case, the gluing line is cleaned mechanically, heated to the specified temperature, degreased and then applied to the polyurethane bonding line of the base material of the internal hemispheres. Further, the inner hemispheres are joined along the gluing line and finally cleaned along the gluing line. Then, to obtain a spherical two-layer article, the inner sphere is installed in a steel mould, which consists of a casing and a base. The inner sphere is fixed in a steel casting mould with the help of axes: the upper and lower, the centralizer and the bar. Then the method of free casting through the holes in the centralizer is poured polyurethane into the steel mould, then the finished product is removed from the steel mould and cleaned to the specified roughness.

EFFECT: manufacturing of products from polyurethane with the given technical characteristics.
