SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing devices for temporary shutoff of internal cavity of pipelines from oil or oil product vapours and can be used in repair and restoration works on pipelines. Invention comprises a housing-cover, a manual winch device, a guide bar, a sling for the main sealing element extraction, a sling for the duplicating sealing element extraction, wherein the main sealing element and the backing sealing element are made of an elastic polymer material resistant to oil and oil products, wherein the back end of the main sealing element is coated with a protective coating in the form of a polyurethane layer, the back end of the backing up sealing element is covered with a protective fabric, wherein the main sealing element and the backup sealing element comprise at least two sealing rings, wherein said housing-cover comprises fastening carabiners for retaining a sling for removal of the main sealing element and a sling for removal of the duplicating sealing element.

EFFECT: increased reliability of pipeline sealing during repair and restoration works.
