SUBSTANCE: according to the method, the four spreading signals s1(t), s2(t), s3(t), s4(t) of the base band are modulated, respectively, the frequency f1 and the frequency f2 so that on the carrier radio frequency fp=(f1+f2)/2, a multiplexed signal with a constant envelope is formed, with the signals s1(t) and s2(t), mutually orthogonal carrier phases are modulated at the frequency f1, signals s3(t) and s4(t), mutually orthogonal carrier phases are modulated at the frequency f2, f1>f2. The method includes determining a power ratio for the four spreading signals s1(t), s2(t), s3(t), s4(t) in the multiplexed signal with a constant envelope; storing the additional phases matching table containing additional phases belonging to the main frequency band of the in-phase component I(t) and belonging to the fundamental frequency band of the quadrature component Q(t) of the multiplexed signal with a constant envelope; receiving an additional phase θ of the current time segment by searching in the additional phases matching table; and forming the in-main frequency band of the in-phase component I(t) and belonging to the main frequency band of the quadrature component Q(t) of the multiplexed signal with a constant envelope; and forming a multiplexed signal SRF(t) with constant envelope based on the additional phases θ.
