FIELD: radio engineering, reception of signal of phase-shift keying or combined amplitude and phase-shift keying. SUBSTANCE: in agreement with invention input signal is subjected to coherent demodulation with reconstruction of carrier frequency in system of phase lock, control voltage for phase lock system is generated, matched filtering of in-phase and quadrature signals obtained after demodulation is carried out, first, second and third signals are formed from them, expectation of first signal and dispersion of second signal are measured, signal-to- noise ratio of input signal is computed by measured values, expectation of third signal is measured, second signal is used as control voltage in phase lock system, analog-to- digital conversion of in-phase and quadrature signals is conducted, information symbols are transmitted to user in compliance with converted signals, parameters of phase lock system are changed depending on values of computed signal-to-noise ratio of input signal, type of lock is identified by measured expectations of first and third signals and sweep signal for phase lock system is generated in case of false lock.
