SUBSTANCE: display device includes a display that displays images on the display surface; a rear mounting panel located in the position opposite to the display surface of the display; and a rear cover located in the position opposite to the surface of the rear mounting panel facing the display. In the rear mounting panel, through holes are formed in the thickness direction, and reinforcing areas are provided in the rear mounting panel. The rear cover is attached to the layout casing in the position opposite to the surface facing the rear mounting panel. The substrates of the schemes are located in the layout casing. The layout casing is attached to the lower end portion of the rear cover.

EFFECT: reducing weight, increasing stiffness.
