FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a semi-automatic device for plasma processing shoe preforms, which comprises a working chamber, a pair of electrodes, a gateway device at the inlet and outlet of the working chamber, a system for supplying and adjusting the plasma-forming gas, a high-frequency generator, a vacuum pumping station, a preform transferring system, a loading and unloading system, and it is equipped with rotary tables installed at the inlet and outlet of the working chamber, three self-propelled carriages, each equipped with a controller and a stepper motor with the trolley-mounted containers for fastening and removing the preforms, a system of guide tracks, along which the wheels of the trolleys move, movable pantographs and movable closing contacts, which slide along the guide tracks on the rotary tables and in the working chamber, and the sliding contact groups commuting the electrocurrent in the guideline tracks.
EFFECT: ensuring the movement of trucks by hand, eliminating intermediate mechanical links and kinematic connections, which simplifies the design.
