FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: crushed household waste of polymer materials and carbonate filler with a fraction up to 5 mm are poured into the extruder where they are mixed with the molten polymer with the help of a multi-section auger and enter the extrusion head as a homogeneous mass. Extrudate which is extruded under the pressure of 50-80 kg⋅f/cm2 via the forming head is cut into products and cooled. Waste is used as a carbonate filler from the stone-cutting and processing of limestone-shells or nummulite limestones and/or wastes from the crushing and processing of limestone to crushed stone by a fraction up to 5 mm.
EFFECT: increased productivity of the production method, reduced cost of finished products, improved environmental situation of territories with significant accumulation of stone waste from limestone and household waste of polymeric materials.
