SUBSTANCE: photoelectric flexible panel is a successively located lower carrier film, a lower reinforcing layer, a lower bonding film, electrically connected silicon solar cells, an upper bonding film and an upper carrier film, a lower and an upper carrier and bonding films being made of a material transparent for solar light, and as a lower reinforcing layer a layer of balsa of 0.5 to 2.0 mm.

EFFECT: invention provides a smooth working plane of the photoelectric flexible panel.
