The alloy contains, by wt %: carbon 0.2-0.5, silicon 0.15-0.6, manganese 1.5-6.0, boron 4.0-4.5, cobalt 1.0-4.0, niobium 0.9-1.4, phosphorus 0.09-0.14, iron - the rest.
EFFECT: increased hardness.
