SUBSTANCE: rubber-metal hinge for connecting vehicle track links contains a pin with rubber rings with an outer diameter greater than the diameter of track link lugs and a radial deformation stopper, installed between them, in the form of a lubricated pin area equal to the diameter of the track link lugs. The lubricated pin area is made of epoxy carbon fiber reinforced plastic with a molybdenum disulphide content in the binder of 20 to 50% by weight. The rubber rings of adjacent links are interconnected by a cylindrical elastic shell. The rubber rings can additionally be connected by a split bushing, the extreme areas of which are moulded into the rubber rings.

EFFECT: increasing the hinge durability and simplifying the design.
