FIELD: automotive engineering.
SUBSTANCE: compact testing bench for motor transport vehicle suspension mount study case comprises a frame group that is attached to a concrete bottom by dint of an absorber module and ground bolts. A parallel link motion with a weighted overhead support swing-arm assembly is fixedly attached to a testing bench vertical wall. A hydraulic pump unit, an air-charged accumulator and a flow control device are set at a testing bench basement. A sub support swing-arm assembly with the external drum test rigs mounted on it is pivoted to a testing bench basement. A piston-cylinder assembly is pivoted to a vertical strut with the bottom end. The external drum test rigs are implemented with the exchangeable chatter marks simulator devices with the corresponding parameters - height hpar and width lpar - at a rate of 1 and more items. The preload pressure force on the wheels are created using the piston-cylinder assemblies and necessary by weight shipments that are fixedly attached to the overhead support swing-arm assembly by virtue of the pins. The side-slope and gradient imitation is carried out by mounting of the overhead and sub support swing-arm assembly on the corners correspondingly α and β.
EFFECT: mobility support, multipurposeness guarantee, study case approximation to the real-time use, cost-efficiency and testing bench design simplification.
