SUBSTANCE: mobile control combat center (MCCC) can be used to control the combat actions of the anti-aircraft missile system (AMS) of medium range, both in the autonomous complex operation and in the system of the higher command center. The mobile control center includes the I/O device (1), the first display computer (2), the K-1st display computer (3), the K-th display computer (4), the first combat control calculator (5), N-1th combat control calculator (6), N-th combat control calculator (CC) (7), interface device (8), the data receiving device from the target detection station (TDS) (9). Also, the data transfer device DTD (10), the data receiving device from the universal battery command center (11), the data transfer device DTD (12), the first antenna filter unit AFU (13), the second AFU (14), the first antenna (15), the second antenna (16), communication equipment with the higher command center (HCC) (17), the telecode communication system (TCS) (18), the first integrated live monitoring and recording system (LMRS) (19), the second LMRS (20), the built-in switching communications equipment (BSCE) (21), the voice communication system (VCS) (22), the route-navigation system (23), the control console (24), the first operator's workplace (25), the K-1st operator's workplace (26), the K-th operator's workplace (27).

EFFECT: reduction of the probability to make the wrong decisions, while allocating targets and sectors of responsibility between the air defence facilities by increasing the information awareness of the air situation and the combat operations, and increase of the mobile control center automation due to the information interaction with the large number of air defence facilities.
