FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: device contains three radiating elements (RE) located on one longitudinal axis oriented vertically, and a coaxial cable (CC). The first lower RE is in the form of an inverted glass. The second RE is made in the form of a glass turned by its bottom to the bottom of the inverted glass of the first lower IE. The third RE is a rod made of cylindrical, the lower end of which is connected to the bottom of the glass of the second IE, and the upper end is located outside this glass. The CC is passed inside the inverted glass of the first lower RE, its braid is connected to the bottom of the inverted glass, and its central core through the hole in the bottom of the inverted cup is connected to the bottom of the glass of the second RE. The rod of the third RE is made stepwise. The step is located inside the glass of the second RE. The glass of the second RE is made smaller than the length of the inverted glass of the first lower RE.
EFFECT: achieving the maximum possible overlap in frequency, providing a directional pattern without crushing the main lobe, higher gain in the direction of the horizon, reducing the longitudinal dimensions and simplifying the design.
