SUBSTANCE: functional meat product is intended for preventing cardiovascular pathology and thyroid diseases, contains meat raw materials, sauteed onions, spices and seasonings, a complex of biologically active additives; according to the invention, ground pork and liver, enriched with nutraceuticals in lifetime, are used as a meat raw material; simultaneously, onions are sauteed in soy and rapeseed oil with the addition of spices - coriander, nutmeg; and wheat bran, preventive salt with reduced sodium content, chicken egg white powder, ascorbic acid, lecithin, calcium lactate, pectin are added. All the components are used at a specified ratio.

EFFECT: preserving useful properties of initial components of meat cream.
