FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: elevator contains a stator (1), vertically located inside the elevator shaft, consisting of two staggered oppositely mounted parts, a drive winding (6) of which is fed from the AC power source with frequency and voltage adjusted by converter (11), and a movable part (9) containing permanent magnets (21) of rare-earth materials directly connected to the elevator car (10). A new thing in the elevator is that the connection between the elevator car and the control station is provided with the radio channel of duplex radio communication. The elevator car electrical devices power supply is provided with the accumulator battery (15). The position of the elevator car is continuously monitored by a laser ruler (14). The car is stopped on the floor by magnetic means, without wear of mechanical parts. By using a linear motor, the mobile part of which is mechanically connected to the elevator car, the car position sensor in form of a laser ruler gets an opportunity to eliminate counterweights, cables, track floor sensors.
EFFECT: simplification of design, greater reliability, higher efficiency, improved compactness.
