METHOD TO PROVIDE EXACT STOPPING OF LIFT CABIN FLOOR AT LANDING LEVEL Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2202508 C2

FIELD: lift building. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, lift control system generates commands supplied to actuating device, which is winch brake in particularly case, using signals received from transmitters in lift well to brake lift object, detects by means of measuring element the position of lift cabin and, basing on results of measurement, puts outcommand to provide acting of actuating mechanism on object under control. Object on which actuating device acts is floor of lift cabin combined with its sill and separated from cabin, and action of said actuating mechanism arranged in cabin proper is aimed at leveling cabin floor with level of well door sill of chosen landing. Time taken for leveling when lift cabin stands still does not exceed time taken for opening cabin door and well door at chosen landing when corresponding signal is received from measuring element. Signal at time of switching of actuating mechanism and determining distance to be covered by cabin floor id generated by comparator which compares signal from measuring element with signal kept in memory and characterizing exact location of well door sill at chosen landing and signal from transmitters - limiters checking height of floor lifting. EFFECT: provision of exact stopping of lift cabin relative to landing floor. 4 dwg
